Spencer Moore was born and raised in Northeast Louisiana. He attended Ouachita Christian School and graduated in 2009. He then attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), graduating in 2012 with his Bachelor of Arts Degree while being on the Dean’s List. While at ULM, Spencer participated in several community service organizations including the Wounded Warriors Project, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Livestrong Foundation. Spencer was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity as well as Student Government Association, Campus Activities Board, Orientation Leader, and several academic honor societies. He was accepted to Mississippi College School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Spencer is an active member in our area's legal community. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. The Louisiana State Bar Association President Stephen Dwyer appointed Spencer to represent the Fourth Judicial District in the Louisiana Bar Association House of Delegates. He will serve a two-year term, representing the attorneys of Ouachita and Morehouse Parishes. The House of Delegates is the policy-making and governing body of the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is a member of the Fourth Judicial District Bar Association. Spencer is also a fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation and the American Inns of the Court.

Spencer's resume is diversified; he currently maintains Louisiana Real Estate Broker and Realtor licenses. He has likewise earned several licenses to sell various insurance products.

Spencer is an active member of the local and regional community. He currently serves on the ULM Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Louisiana Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
